Pattern 1, skipping workouts Pattern 2, I need to stop eating low nutrient, high calorie foods. Pattern 3, I need to cut back on my video game time as to create a healthier place.

What changes in your body and life do you wish you could create within the next 12 weeks?

Within the next 12 weeks I will lose 40 lb of fat. Within the next 12 weeks I will be able to fit readily into my older clothes. Within the next 12 weeks my knees won't hurt. Within the next 12 weeks I will be happier!.

5 specific things that have to happen between now and 11 weeks from now.

This is a list of the five specific things that I need to have a curve between today and 11 weeks from now to be pleased with the progress of my body for life journey. One, eating healthy isn't that hard. Two, working out 6 days a week. Isn't that hard to do. Three, finding time to relax and de-stress has become easier. Four, be happier with the way that I look. Five, be able to take a walk and hold the conversation.

Day 2, still strong.

Today went well. Hit the gym during lunch and it felt great. Food on point as well. Quick one today

The beginning.... again.

 As the title states, this is the beginning... again. This means that I've failed more times than I can count. This must be the LAST TIME I begin this journey because my health won't be able to take another failed attempt. I will create a vlog every night about how my day went, and then talk about my daily success and failures. Stay tuned. Starting weight this morning was 344 lbs. Disgusting.
