Beginning of the Journey

Current Body Weight:  302# Today begins the first day of the rest of my life. I have made the conscience decision to lose at least 67 lbs of body weight by May 29th, 2018.  That should put me at a body weight of 235 lbs. That is what i believe will be a healthy weight for me. I have a doctor appointment and physical on June 16th next month. I will be trying to lose weight with a combination strength training, cardio and the Paleo way of eating. I am starting my new life with 30 day Paleo diet. 3 meas a day eating the Paleo way. from there I will continue or modify to the more restrictive Keto Diet. I am going to try to do 4 days of circuit training a week along with walking as much as possible. I will use my fitbit to try to achieve 10k steps a day minimum with a goal of 12k a day. I will also be trying to log my food.  This is for me, my wife and my son. I have to stay around for them.
