This is a list of the five specific things that I need to have a curve between today and 11 weeks from now to be pleased with the progress of my body for life journey.
One, eating healthy isn't that hard.
Two, working out 6 days a week. Isn't that hard to do.
Three, finding time to relax and de-stress has become easier.
Four, be happier with the way that I look.
Five, be able to take a walk and hold the conversation.
