The beginning.... again.

 As the title states, this is the beginning... again. This means that I've failed more times than I can count. This must be the LAST TIME I begin this journey because my health won't be able to take another failed attempt. I will create a vlog every night about how my day went, and then talk about my daily success and failures. Stay tuned.

Starting weight this morning was 344 lbs.

Disgusting.

Day 4 was a waste.

Day four would have been fine but I had to head home at lunch, thus skipping my workout. I had issues at the house that had to be dealt with. Then I had lunch, more than I needed. Took a long nap, then dinner. Not a good day. Didn't even track my food in the afternoon. Friday will be better.
