Day four would have been fine but I had to head home at lunch, thus skipping my workout. I had issues at the house that had to be dealt with. Then I had lunch, more than I needed. Took a long nap, then dinner. Not a good day. Didn't even track my food in the afternoon. Friday will be better.
Within the next 12 weeks I will lose 40 lb of fat. Within the next 12 weeks I will be able to fit readily into my older clothes. Within the next 12 weeks my knees won't hurt. Within the next 12 weeks I will be happier!.
