which three new patterns do I need to establish to reach my goals?

Pattern #1, I need to get into the habit of regularly lifting weights and not skipping cardio days. Pattern #2 I need to remember to never move backwards. Always move forwards Pattern #3, no matter where I am or what I'm doing, I will always follow my plan to be able to achieve my goals.

Which three patterns of action might prevent me from reaching my goals??

Pattern 1, skipping workouts Pattern 2, I need to stop eating low nutrient, high calorie foods. Pattern 3, I need to cut back on my video game time as to create a healthier place.

What changes in your body and life do you wish you could create within the next 12 weeks?

Within the next 12 weeks I will lose 40 lb of fat. Within the next 12 weeks I will be able to fit readily into my older clothes. Within the next 12 weeks my knees won't hurt. Within the next 12 weeks I will be happier!.

5 specific things that have to happen between now and 11 weeks from now.

This is a list of the five specific things that I need to have a curve between today and 11 weeks from now to be pleased with the progress of my body for life journey. One, eating healthy isn't that hard. Two, working out 6 days a week. Isn't that hard to do. Three, finding time to relax and de-stress has become easier. Four, be happier with the way that I look. Five, be able to take a walk and hold the conversation.
